Due to certain unforseen compulsions arising out of social and family exigencies of a few of our prime office-bearers it is not possible to hold the CEC and NC meeting at Kolkata on 23,24 & 25 January'11as per schedule announced earlier.
1. AS SUCH NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO YOU FOR THE POSTPONING OF THE MEETINGS UNDER REFERENCE. YOU MAY KINDLY COMMUNICATE IT TO THE CEC AND NC MEM,BERS ATTACHED TO YOUR UNIT.
2. NOTICE IS HEREBY ALSO GIVEN FOR THE CONVENING OF CEC ON 13/02/2011 AT 03:30 PM AND THE NATIONAL COUNCIL AT 10:00 AM ON 14/02/2011. THE NATIONAL COUNCIL MEETING SHALL CONTINUE ON 15/02/2011 TOO TILL THE END OF BUSINESS. BOTH THE MEETINGS SHALL BE HELD AT KOLKATA UNDER THE COORDINATION OF NBOA , KOLKATA UNIT.
3. THE AGENDA AND OTHER DETAILS REMAIN UNCHANGED-EXCEPT FOR THE DATES AS COMMUNICATED ABOVE.
4. INCONVENIENCE CAUSED TO YOU AND TO KOLKATA UNIT IS DEEPLY REGRETTED.
5. ALL THE CEC AND NC MEMBERS ARE REQUESTED TO ATTEND THE MEETING WITHOUT FAIL.

FRIENDS COMING FROM AIRPORT, HOWRAH STATION, KOLKATA (CHITPUR) STATION AND SHALIMAR STATION ARE REQUESTED TO HIRE PRE-PAID TAXI.
Please take the Pre-paid taxi from inside the Arrival Lounge of the Airport before coming out of the exit. At Howrah, the pre-paid taxi counter is outside the station.
There is no need to take pre-paid taxi from Sealdah station which is only 2 kms from the RNC Quarters. One can hire any taxi (YELLOW CABS) from outside the station.
TAXI FARE IN KOLKATA: Double the metered fare plus Rs 2/-
