2. CONFIRM THE PARTICIPATION OF THE DELEGATES/MEMBERS TO THE UNDERSIGNED ALONGWITH A COPY TO PRESIDENT/VP/OS OF THE CENTRAL UNIT LATEST BY 15/03/2011 GIVING THE NAME OF THE MEMBER , HIS/HER TRAVEL PLANS AND THEIR MOBILE PHONE NUMBERS AS ALSO THE E-ADDRESS.
THE EXACT VENUE AND PLACE OF STAY ETC. SHALL BE COMMUNICATED TO THE UNITS BY THE BHOPAL UNIT IN DUE COURSE OF TIME.

PS : The dates and venue for the NC meeting has been fixed after due consultation with all the unit secretaries , personally by me over the telephones. I was unable to reach secretaries of Hyderabad & Pune units over their telephone(M) available with me and I am trying to reach them by some means. Due consultation was also done with all the major office-bearers of the Mumbai unit (President/Secretary/Jt.Secretaries). All the units secretaries, barring Lucknow & jammu Units , have expressed their convenience to be able to attend the NC meeting on the scheduled dates. Since the main office-bearers of Lucknow & jammu units are posted in FAD- they have expressed their difficulty. Its my and Central Units earnest and special requests to the secretaries of Lucknow & Jammu units to plan their office related work in such a fashion that they are able to attend the all important NC EVEN AT A COST OF GREAT INCONVENIENCE/DIFFICULTY. I hope that all the NC members , specially those posted in FAD/GAD shall bear with me and make sure that they would attend the meeting. THANX
