Implimentation of DDMs’ Package

I bring to your kind notice the undue delay in implementing the package agreed upon with NBOA for the DDMs. Sir we also bring to your kind notice that most of the components of the existing DDM package were last revised in 2003 and since then a steep rise in the various cost pertaining to the maintenance of Residence-Cum- Office (RCO)

has taken place due to severe inflationary trends witnessed during this period.

I , therfore earnestly urges you to ensure implementation of the DDM package at the earliest. I assure you that I will continue to discharge the assigned duties productively and effectively which will as hither to result in ensuring smooth implementation of NABARDs’ assigned mandate in my district.

This memorandum is being submitted to you as per the directive issued by the AINBOA.

We , therefore earnestly urges you to ensure implementation of the DDM package at the earliest. So that the difficulties being faced by our officers posted in the districts towards proper maintenance and upkeep of the RCO are mitigated to some extent. Needless to say that we are sure that DDMs will continue to discharge the assigned duties productively and effectively which will as hither to result in ensuring smooth implementation of NABARDs’ assigned mandate at the grass root level.
